GRIP Overview

Governance Resources & Information Portal

GRIP is a system for viewing the key documents involved in the governance of Sunshine Coast Christian Fellowship Inc (including Sunshine Coast, Gympie & Maryborough congregations).

It is available to all staff, all Management Committee members, all Subcommittee members and all Team Leaders.

The key to the effectiveness of this system is having accurate and up-to-date information. Team Leaders are responsbile for ensuring that the information relating to their area is updated as often as is required. This is achieved by emailing updates to System Manager, who will ensure that the updated information is uploaded to GRIP.

Definitions for Folder Headings

Orientation - General information specific for team members to enable them to participate more fully in their offering.

Registers - Lists of data or information relevant to a team.

Forms - Blank documents eg training, attendance forms etc.

Records - Completed documents eg training, attendance forms.

Instructions - Instructions for tasks and equipment use relevant to a team.

Reports - Completed reports relevant to a team eg inspection and maintenance reports.
